BYAZ is designed to help users:

- Analyze interest payable on loans
- Calculate potential interest savings through part-payments
- Provide insights into EMI and repayment planning
BYAZ does not provide loans, banking services, or financial guarantees.
3. CIBIL Report Access & Consent
By providing consent via OTP, you explicitly authorize BYAZ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED to:
- Fetch your CIBIL / credit bureau report
- Access your loan-related information from authorized credit bureaus and data partners
- Use this data solely for analysis, insights, and interest-saving calculations within the BYAZ app
This consent is valid until revoked by the user as per applicable laws.
4. Loan & EMI Disclaimer
- BYAZ only calculates estimated interest savings based on user-provided and fetched loan data.
- Actual EMI, interest charged, tenure, and savings may vary from bank to bank.
- Final loan statements, interest charged, and EMI amounts are governed solely by the user’s respective bank or financial institution.
- BYAZ shall not be responsible for discrepancies between app calculations and actual bank statements.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate calculations:
- Results shown are indicative and informational only
- Users are advised to confirm figures with their respective banks or lenders before making financial decisions
- BYAZ is not liable for financial losses arising from reliance on app-generated calculations
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of OTPs and login credentials
Any misuse or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination of services.
7. Data Security & Privacy
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. All data collection, storage, and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
